Shayna was all of the above, considerate, welcoming, professional, so quick and put me at ease! The salon is lovely and clean and smells beautiful - not everywhere you feel sleepy whilst having a wax appointment! I look forward to my next appointment and will likely have all July beauty treatments with Shayna :-)
