Jane was nice and the place itself was clean. However we were told to get there 10 mins early to do paper work, which we did but she had another client before us and did not finish with her on time and left us to sort out our room out. This meant she was 15mins a late starting our massage. I thought this would be added onto the end but it was not, she had another person after and we did not our full time. Actually we got 10 mins less each, having only 35mins each for £90. Disappointed.
