I was asked to arrive at 2pm for a skin assessment prior to a 2.30 appoin. At 2pm two therapists busied themselves & didn't acknowledge me until I initiated an interaction after10 minutes. My therapist continued looking through notes for several minutes & was chewing gum. I was welcomed into a treatment room & the therapist clearly explained how the skin assessment would be performed. I consider it unprofessional that she chewed gum throughout my appointment although the facial was quite good.
