Lovely girlies especially Shayna who is warm, patient, engaging, attentive and really wants to do the very best she can do for her client.
The manageress isn’t the best listener though if an issue arises….but that is only my opinion.
Overall a fair salon to attend although hearing a little constructive criticism can only help improve a service and actually listening to the needs of a client would better serve less misunderstandings become an issue.
