A slightly chaotic experience. I visited to get the colour changed on my gel nails. While the beautician completed the task, the result is uneven, with some areas thicker than others. Additionally, the technician frequently complained about her manager and a colleague's phone, which affected the overall atmosphere. For £36, I expected more, such as the inclusion of hand cream. The quality of the nail finish is a little disappointing. It isn't terrible but it isn't a top quality finish.

My first time at the Keynsham location after Kingswood closed. Lovely location, easy to park. Nice to be able to get my eyebrows threaded again, I much prefer it to waxing. Gori was great too.
