Highly unprofessional. One hairdresser attending three customers. My appointment for wash,cut and blow dry was at 3.30 however I didn’t get attended to until 4 and then hairdresser took breaks in between doing my hair to attend another customer. Online it says 45 minutes however I have been waiting at this place for well over 1 hour and a half for a simple haircut. They washed my hair and by the time they came back it had dried. If I hadn’t paid I would have walked out. Do not recommend at all. Stay away. Not one single apology. Their attitude stinks. My appointment was booked and yet a walk in customer was prioritised. Place is absolute trash. If I could give less that one star I really would.

Absolutely amazing. The fully body massage package actually lasted the entire two hours advertised and it was incredible.
So happy with my follow up hair colour and cut. Definitely will be returning and strongly recommend to all.

I was not impressed at all. After paying for a two hour treatment, I got called in 20 minutes after my appointment time, then had a 35 minute massage (which was supposed to be an hour), my facial lasted probably 30-35 minutes (without the mask). She only did extractions on my nose and I was in so much pain and tears were coming out, yet she still did not stop. No headband to protect my hair. She put product all over my eyes (which you are not supposed too). She used hot towels rather than steam before extractions. She threw in a some what head massage to kill time (10 minutes). I was finished by one hour 40 minutes later when my treatment was meant to be 2 hours. When I got out of the salon and saw my face I realised I was bleeding on my nose from the extractions. Very very disappointed with this rubbish treatment.

Went in for a massage and callus peel. The massage was enjoyable enough despite not really being as focused as described but relaxing and effort was put in that I do not want to diminish. However I was extremely disappointed with what I thought was going to be a foot peel (described so specifically in the details) which I prepaid for, to then be given a foot massage using a normal body scrub, which I questioned asking if there would be any kind of soaking or callus removal. All I got was a flimsy painful attempt at using a foot file all over my foot for a minute and just massaging of the scrub into my feet the rest of the time. When I questioned it again was seriously told " the moisturizing would evaporate my skin" . I've walked out with the same exact calluses I walked in with, not happy with that investment or treatment.
