The staff does not know how to style hair and is not worthit at all. Burnt my scalp with a blow dry and did not have any idea how to style hair. Tried to charge me £45 then £50 for something she did not have a clue how to do. Not worthit at all for wedding hair especially for a simple updo

The salon was closed when I arrived. I was told the app sent them a notification that the appointment was later in the day which makes no sense because my confirmation email stated the time I booked it for. The appointment was therefore late. I was expecting a more hygienically looking salon. The wax job was very far from the best I ever had. I will not be going back here.
