It's so dirty, they're not professional at all. I regret that I went there and next time I will add few £ to not have that terrible experience ever again.

The salon was clean and the staff were efficient and the appointment ran on time which is great.
The haircut was done very quickly and the layers I asked for were not done very well but other than that was a really good experience. The colour was lovely and the blow dry at the end made my hair look great.

I didn't even get a chance to have my treatment. the lady tried to charge me £160 when on treatwell it says £65. are you really trying to tell me that a toner is £95?? Also the girl was jumping from one client to another. Let's not even get started on the wait. even then she said that you can't get the desired hair you want.!! this is a joke. I just walked. if your going be prepared for the hidden charges.
