I just wanted to say that I didn’t have such a good experience here today - I’d paid £28 ahead on Treatwell but when I came in for my appointment, a lady called Mandeep refused to give me my treatment because she said you’re away on holiday with no signal and you always tell her which appointments come from Treatwell. I offered to show her my receipt but she still refused. She told me I should have called ahead and said I should get a refund from Treatwell. However, by the time I had arrived it was within an hour of the booking so Treatwell would not refund me. I explained this to Mandeep but she still turned me away with no explanation of how I would get my money back or even an apology. I don’t think I want to be coming back after this experience so please send me my refund. Thanks and apologies if I have said anything too harsh, I am just a bit upset and don’t mean anything personally.
