The experience was too quick. In other salons they take their time washing your hair and give a little head massage. In Tigeez, they washed it very quickly. Staff are friendly though and it was a bargain.

My pamper package from Tigeez was rather mixed. I had several treatments booked for the same day, so the staff multi-tasked to try to get through them efficiently. This meant that the Head Massage was (presumably) incorporated into the rinse from my hair colouring - or I certainly didn't notice anything else massagy. Equally the foot massasge would have been during the pedicure, which was in turn done alongside the manicure (one member of staff on each end). This was not hugely comfortable - the chair didn't allow for much support, even without the twisiting required to have my hands and feet worked on simultaneously. Also, at my request I only had clear polish for my hands (work restrictions), but this was done in a rush because my hair dye needed rinsing, and even clear polish shows when it doesn't cover properly. The colour on my toes, however, was done very well, and is still in place 2 weeks later. The face massage was successfully built into the facial, which was a very nice experience for the most part - I have difficulty breathing during the steam section, and the lovely lady doing my facial was very happy to help, pausing when I needed a breath. This would have been perfect, had it not been for the end. I was left to relax with the face mask on, with the therapist saying she'd be back in 5-10 mins, and turning the light out. Unfortunately, I could hear everything through the door - there was no background music or relaxing track put on - so I could hear (and smell) the ladies making their lunch in the microwave next door, hear them chattering away, and with the radio playing in the main salon, I could easily tell that I was left far longer than 10 minutes - at least 20, which worried me a little. It didn't help that it was a completely unknown face who eventually came in and turned the light back on - added to the feeling of being forgotten!
Apologies for the essay. I have highlighted the negatives, but it was largely a good experience and I would return to this salon, though probably for one single treatment. The staff were lovely throughout. Overall, I think this package would be great, if the done over the advertised time - to allow for more relaxation, and more care to be taken on each task.

My Full Head Tint at Tigeez was very good - I love the results, and the service was very enjoyable. My only criticisms are financial: first, the constant upselling. I was asked 4 times altogether if I wanted my hair cut as well. I book online to avoid this, and purposely don't bring cash for this very reason. Secondly, I asked upfront if a blow-dry was included, and was told it was. After everything was done, the stylist kindly told me she 'wouldn't charge me for the blowdry, even though it wasn't included' - how generous, given it was the same member of staff I'd asked in the first place!

I had a Full Body Wax at Tigeez - in case you were wondering (since it doesn't say on here), this does not include bikini line, just full arm and leg. I can't argue with the results, although it was a bit unusual having two people wax me simultaneously - nothing if not efficient!
