The quality of service was poor, my pedicure was carried out in a small plastic bowl with cold water! I have had many pedicures but this one was not up to standard. The staff were slow and we're not attentive to me at all.

I had foot massage done. The treatment itself was good but it did not last 30 minutes. I was expecting a 30 minute treatment as advertised. I did ask about length of treatment but was told it is the head massage that is 30 minutes long and she didn't know why it had been advertised for that amount of time even though it does not last that long. I think because I had the pedicure at the same time this treatment was shorter than if I had just booked it on its own. The therapist was friendly and the massage itself was good it is just I would have liked it to been 30 minutes as advertised rather than half the amount of time.

A facial service that cost £42 but reduced to £23 because of a promotion .The facial was not even worth £1.
This was supposed to be a birthday present for a friend and she said it was the worst birthday present ever.
No facial whatever was done to her face her face was just washed with soap again and again she knows facial was not done for her because she has been doing facial somewhere else for the past 20 years.
At this salon which we chose for her birthday present first her pores were not initially opened up and the lady doing her face says it doesn't matter soap went into her mouth water and too much soap over her face and her clothes she couldn't even open her mouth on time to shout for help and stop the treatment. She told the lady the towel she was using was stained the moment the lady brought the towel for use. The lady then replied'' all the white towels her all stained but is washed and still ok for use''! What happened to bleaching the towel?
It seems the lady that did her facial was not well trained and the building used for this beauty room is not fit for purpose especially facials the two ladies there were also chatting nonstop to each other all the time it was like 15 people talking the loudness of their voice it was totally unprofessional and not a relaxing experience for her.
She had to call me immediately she left the facial and said it was really horrible and terrible experience. Also she was at the beauty room before the owners arrived and she just came right on time at her scheduled appointment. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone really bad experience
