Staff were friendly and kind. I called beforehand asking about a private area to have my hair treatment which they said yes but when I went in, I had to skip the hair wash as this was not in the private area and then having my haircut was in a private area but this was just in the middle of hallway in the salon where they dragged a chair and their equipment so the real haircut experience of being in front of a mirror in a well lit room is something you won’t get if you ask for your haircut in a private area away from the shop window. Hair cut was average, done very quickly so I didn’t get the feel that the stylist was that experienced. The waxing was better, taken to a proper room and they did it properly. The ambience of a salon is missing but if you need budget treatment abd are not interested in the whole experience being a pampering treat then you should come here but if you’re looking for a relaxing salon experience, then go elsewhere.

The lady was super skilled- had my wax done within ten mins & it was very thorough. So in that sense it was great value for money. But I was a bit concerned about the hygiene standards as she didn’t wear gloves
