The ladies where welcoming and friendly also because it was my second time waxing in a long while the lady talked with me throughout the whole process so I didn’t actually realise she had finish. I will be going back there again.

Worst experience ever! Rude staff members who refused to let my mum leave as they’re system wasn’t working! Told her she needed to pay when her treatment was paid for - my mum wanted to get her neck waxed instead of forehead and eyebrows and I was called whilst out to be told she can’t leave unless I pay additional for the neck waxing - why wasn’t she informed of this additional charge despite not getting forehead and eyebrows prior - she was under the impression she was swapping. If this isn’t allowed and it’s a prepaid treatment clients should be told!

I paid a lot of money only to receive mediocre service. Everything felt rushed and I had to point out many things such as hairs left on my feet. needs improvements asap.
