I booked a 2-hour massage, and the lady was busy doing other things. I received a 5-minute facial and laid in bed for 45mins waiting for the person to come back and finish the rest of the treatment. I understand she was busy and needed, however, as a paying customer I expected all of my time to be utilised. Additionally, the description of the package you get with the message is wrong. It said it included a mini manicure and pedicure but the women said it didn't and I still had to pay the full amount. The lady giving the message is good at her job and she gives nice massages. But I left feeling like I wasted my money because the treatment was short and rushed.

My experience was Great the ladies were so welcoming and friendly since it was my second time waxing the lady talked to me throughout my treatment so I didn’t feel too much pain she also reminded me to stay calm the whole experience was calming so therefore I will be coming back to the shop xx
