Tiahna holds and creates a really beautiful and supportive space, I was made to feel welcomed and completely at ease when I arrived. The session felt powerful and I was able to fully relax into the treatment quite quickly. After much attenfion was given to me.getting comfortable and properly able to relaxed on the therapy table, the treatment began. This was my third appointment, I have to say. It was very effective and on leaving the table the benefits were very noticable.my neck and shoulder tension had dissipated and two weeks on, I'm still pain free.
