Emma was a delight. Friendly, professional, and put me straight at ease. First time having this done and she made it feel completely normal and nothing to be concerned about. Kept me distracted with her very engaging personality and chat. Room was clean, private (downstairs), there was a fan to combat the heat, the products used seemed very high quality, and Emma clearly knows her stuff inside out. Painless? No - because there are hairs being removed from the place they grow. But I’m confident that it was as painless as it could have been and I put that down to Emma’s technique and experience.
