It’s surprisingly painlessly having sugaring. It keeps you soft and hair free for several weeks, also a benefit with this treatment is that you avoid ingrown hair. Emma is really professional and I always enjoy my treatments with her.

Staff were friendly, however my manicurist didn't soak my nails before cutting my cuticles so I was left with sore and bleeding fingers on one hand before she realised her mistake. There were also a few bubbles in the gel at the end. Don't think I'd try this place again unfortunately.

There was a 15 minute wait, unusual for this venue and I was told it was a problem with the Treatwell booking system. The owner was very apologetic and is lovely. The sugaring with Emma is usually very thorough but she wasn't in and I saw someone else who was friendly and professional, but unfortunately there were loads of hairs left that I had to remove myself when I got home.
