My hairdresser was lovely and have me a great cut. The place itself just needs a bit of TLC, but that wouldn't put me off coming back.

Was seen by Alex. Went for t section highlights and only the front was highlighted. When I said it looked wrong as my back section was still deep brown with roots she agreed it looked wrong but it would cost £25 for her to fix it. Shocking.

This salon is big but it was busy when I went there on a weekday morning. Alex was very polite and friendly and struck the right balance between listening to my ideas (or lack thereof) and making suggestions based on her expertise. The wash, cut and blow dry was also just the right length of time. Will be returning!
