I have now seen Richard for the last 3 weeks to help me with a lower back issues. Over the years I have had many massages and seen many physio's, but hands down Richard is by far the best, as well as being a genuinely nice guy. He really knows his stuff, he gets straight to the root cause of the issue and works some genuin emagaic! I will never go anywhere else again. Am so pleased that I found him by chance and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an exceptional therapist.

I recently had a deep tissue sports massage with Richard and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Richard was highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at what he does.
He quickly identified the areas that needed attention and really focused on relieving the tension . I left the session feeling significantly looser, more mobile, and generally much better overall.
Highly recommend his service to anyone looking for results driven treatment.
