Richard was extremely professional and clearly knowledgeable, as well as personable and friendly. I booked quite last minute on a Sunday so was really happy to be able to get a massage that day. I have recurring lower back tension and am finding it tough to keep on top of this with a baby, the massage was very effective at relieving the pain without overdoing pressure on the affected area, Richard knew what he was doing, asked questions to understand the issue and gave me great advice.
