Staff were friendly but I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The floor was sticky with wax and my beautician did not use a new application stick for my appointment! Also left wax on my leg and underwear as paper pants not provided for basic bikini.

Best experience in Bristol so far. Great value for money, excellent service and products, lovely staff. Very happy with my haircut. Highly recommended. Will be back!
