I had a very bad pain in my neck for couple of days and got deep tissue massage to release the pain as my osteopath was fully booked - deep tissue massage is not a massage to relax but to release a pain - and so although it was painful at the time of the massage but my neck pain was gone within the next 24hours. Thank you!!
