The therapy rooms were beautifully arranged and decorated and the staff immediately smiley and welcoming. It was easy to find the place as I knew it was part of a shop too but may have been trickier if I hadn’t. There was a lovely waiting area and it was so nice to see an in-house cat. The space and massage contributed to a truly wonderful birthday experience for my mum. The only issue is I did request a female masseuse on purpose and two men gave the massage. They were fully professional but in terms of request and comfort it would have been preferred to be two women.
