I loved the massage and the therapist was brilliant. She was attentive; always checking the pressure and explaining what she was about to do and her technique was so good. It was definitely the best massage I've booked through Treatwell. Sadly, I can't give this full marks because there was a mix up with the payment, which in itself wasn't an issue but unfortunately the staff made me feel like I was being awkward and as it turns out I had actually pre-paid so I was right to ask that they double check otherwise I would have ended up paying twice.
