Was in agony with my shoulder and booked a deep tissue massage by chance to see if it would help.
The therapist was brilliant and really helped release a lot of the tension in that area. He even stayed a few minutes after my appointment to explain the issues in my shoulder to me so I understood.
He was professional, friendly and made me feel at ease.
Highly recommend.

The massage therapist who treated me was very professional and attentive. He made sure that I was comfortable and listened carefully to my needs before beginning. The environment was really lovely and absolutely relaxing. I completely forgot that I was in the basement of The Grocery (a natural food store) until I later emerged bleary eyed. Would certainly recommend!

I had a massage from Clare. She asked why I'd come, i.e. What I'd like to focus on. She had a comprehensive understanding of the different muscles and really got to work on my deep tissues. It was one of my best massages and helped me understand more about my weaknesses and what I need to work on. Thanks Clare!
