I was already aware of how relaxing and comfortable the Therapies venue was, but this was my first massage with Lara and I've been back once a week ever since! Lara is an incredibly warm, caring, attentive, insightful and talented masseuse. She is an expert at listening to both my verbal complaints about my issues and the reactions from my body to create a bespoke service that always leaves my injuries eased, stress relieved and me more educated about how I can prevent/cure ailments in my own time. Thanks to her I've realized that you don't have to just 'struggle' on with pain and I've been able to step up my gym sessions. Very highly recommended!

Very satisfying. George had a chat with me before it began about what I wanted him to concentrate and then he gave me extra stretches at the end. Wondering when I can fit another one in before Christmas.

Excellent massage, and the staff is very attentive to your needs and requests. The only thing is it's always too short :) !
