Tucked away in a great spot in Shoreditch - calming and ambient rooms and personalised service. Massage was one of the best I have received and I go regularly around the world. I had Clare and she comes highly recommended although any of the therapists would be.

I've had numerous massages here at Therapies at the grocery and can honesty say that all of them have by far been the best I have ever had. You can clearly feel that the team here go out of their way and really care which is refreshing. I'm always asked if I'd like some water while I wait and feel comfortable with any of the team as they're so lovely and friendly. The actual massages are tailored to me which makes the experience feel very personal and I always leave feeling great. My last treatment was with Zoe who was very experienced, I felt confident that she knew exactly what she was doing and I'd definitely recommend.

The massage was amazing, and just what I needed. Unfortunately though, as I had booked the previous evening on here, the booking hadn't come across and they weren't expecting me. As a result I was 1/2 hour late getting my treatment. They were very good though, and lengthened my treatment to compensate me. I was really happy, and it wont put me off coming again.
