Unfortunately my appointment was 30 minutes late and there was no one around to tell me what was going on, if not for that I would have rated this 5* as the treatment was incredibly relaxing. Fantastic experience.

I'm in training for a marathon and decided to try a sports massage. It is really a little bit out of my comfort zone and a rare thing for me to go for a treatment, but every moment was truly wonderful. I was greeted by charming staff who were relaxed and friendly, completed the consent/ medical form, was offered water and asked if I needed anything.
Then, I had a thorough, professional sports massage with the awesome Clare. I have learned names of particular muscles, and picked up tips. My muscles feel less tight and heavy, and the next day my long run felt stronger.
Really good vibes, and fantastic staff. I'm taking the business card to run club this week.
