I had a deep tissue massage with Seb. The pressure just right and it was painful but in a good way! My back felt much more relaxed afterwards and the whole experience was very relaxing. Seb recommended some stretches after that I can do by myself to try and loosen my back up. I would definitely recommend this spa to a friend and would go again.
