I had a deep tissue massage, which was great. The therapist, Cristian, paid a lot a lot of attention to knots in my back and I felt much better afterwards.
Treatment area is well set up and there's no external noise so the experience is very relaxing. Professional outfit who dealt well with an upset to my original appointment time. Would recommend and shall return.

The massage at Therapies at The Grocery was amazing - although I originally wanted reflexology which was unavailable, I ended up with a great massage which helped soothe my weary muscles and made me feel really relaxed and refreshed afterwards. This is a great place and the space is well maintained and relaxing.
