I booked two massages via Treatwell at 1:15pm. There was no where on the Treatwell site to indicate that the massages were for two people (just an option to select if I was receiving the treatment Y/N) and so the venue thought both massages were for one person initially. This is not the venue's fault. I spoke to them on the phone to clarify that the booking was indeed for two people, not two back-to-back massages. They advised that 1:15 for two massages worked on their end. When we showed up we were asked to come back in 15 minutes as they were a bit behind schedule. When we came back at 1:30 we were informed again that they were running behind. They offered us free coffees from the cafe while we waited, however the coffees never showed up. We were finally seen at 1:45 and they gave us the coffees after the massage for the inconvenience. I did truly enjoy my deep tissue massage, my masseuse did a fantastic job and I left feeling rejuvenated. However, the whole thing was a lot more trouble than I've ever dealt with when booking a massage online.
Relaxing, lovely environment. My massage was beautiful. It was like his hands were exuding love and warmth and healing to my super sore and in pain body. Only thing I would’ve liked more is if feet were included, as a foot massage during a full body massage really relaxes me. Smelled nice, my massage therapist was wonderful, look forward to going back.
