My experience didnt begin very well as I was left outside of the locked salon for around 10 minutes. However, once inside my therapist was friendly and the ambience was calming. My pedicure was enjoyable but the varnish chipped sooner than I would normally expect. At the discounted price, the pedicure was value for money but I wouldnt want to pay full price for it.
This deal with the You clinic was a total bargain, and I really enjoyed my pedicure. I went with a friend and we both booked pedicures and although the pedicure was really great I suppose it would have ben nicer had we been in the same room, with proper pedicure chairs. As it was, we were in separate therapy rooms and on massage couches which was not the most comfortable way of having a pedicure - you have to bend your legs to get into the water bath and I probably wouldnt return for a pedicure here for this reason - they really need to be in comfortable chairs. Also, I did feel the therapist was pushing me to purchase products - I think she suggested 5 products total which was just unnecessary. Overall though, it was a bargain for £10 and the quality of the pedicure itself was great. Shame about the massage tables thats all!
The YOU Clinic is certainly a place to recommend. Although it is not centrally located, I would definitely say it's worth the trek across London. I had a hair removal treatment there and it was honestly the softest wax I have ever experienced. The staff are very professional and experts in their fields.
Rachel and Sonia are absolutely fantastic. I've been going to the YOU Clinic for about 4 years and I have never been disappointed by a single visit.
The girls are incredibly professional, offering a fantastic level of service but are still good fun and friendly so you have a good time.
I trust them completely with their recommendations for treatments and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of my friends to visit the salon - in fact I actively encourage it!
The main reasons for my visits have been Electrolysis and Laser hair removal, both which have had excellent results.
