Great venue, staff and treatment. I felt very welcome and enjoyed relaxing at this venue. I was so relaxed I was dozing off!! I would definitely Recommend this venue and the treatments!!
Rather cramped and hot salon and had to move rooms halfway through treatment due to a double booking, but can't really go wrong with a leg wax for a tenner. (Not convinced I'd pay full price though.)
I was very impressed with Rachel who I saw. She was very thorough and I am completely hair free.
I have had Brazillian waxing done elsewhere before with strips, which was not as good.
There was little pain. Altho its out of the way for me, Id definately go back.
The facial offer at You Clinic was a fantastic deal, the facial itself was very relaxing and I wished it had been 1 hour! But for £10 it was such good value that it was 30mins very well spent. Therapist was very nice and talked through options for my skin type as well as recommending other massage and facial options next time. Being in Chiswick this was also unbelievably local for me so great experience all round!
The therapist was lovely, I was able to park for free in the salons car park and it was all very nice. My only problem was that they didn't have a proper pedicure chair. I had to lay down on a massage bed which meant I couldn't relax as I had to hold my legs in a certain position to keep my feet in the plug in whirl pool. My legs were so uncomfortable but the therapist did do a good job.
