I was disappointed in my last appointment. I had my roots done and asked for a slightly less bright colour as it was too blond last time. But I still wanted it to look like I had blond highlights, just not too blingy. I came out with the blond toned down so much that it is virtually my natural, mousy colour. Also, you can still see a marked difference between the roots and the rest of the hair colour. It looks drab and boring and not the lift I was looking for for a special occasion tomorrow.

Jen is the best. She is the first hairdresser to ever really listen and understand me and my hair! I always feel amazing after she cuts my hair. She is so friendly, caring, and brilliant at what she does. Especially if you have long hair, I can't recommend her enough.
