I bought this as a gift, as it included 15/20 mins of paraffin wax treatment but was told by the recipient that it was more like 7 mins plus 4 mins of a hand massage. Which recipient did say was quite nice. However, I it would have been nicer if the hands we’re wrapped in hot max as stated in the description when I booked. As my MIL has arthritis in her hands and paraffin wax is meant to be very soothing. Also MIL said there was a nail polish drying machine right beside them but instead the employee chose to let the polish air dry for 10 mins? Which I didn’t realise many people opt for anymore, especially when the machine is available to use. I would book this as a gift again, but I would have to ring this venue and ask them if they could kindly keep the wax on for longer.
