Was late for my appointment.which was my mistake. However,she manged fit me in &cut my hair. That was very kind of the salon. Thank you very much. First time .will be going again.

Wax wasn’t great, and needs redoing hence the appointment through treatwell in cheadle.
Had a great wax previously, but this one is really poor and needs doing again before I go away. Evidently too many appointments and not enough time for beautian.
That’s all forgivable.
But a rude owner, who loud talks over the customer and doesn’t listen, isnt okay.
So many great salons in Marple and surrounding area, I’m not prepared to support an owner, who is so rude when an issue arises.
