I went in and showed a picture of what I wanted to Ruby she then advised me what level of maintenance it would require and made sure I knew what I was getting myself into. I agreed to have it cut that way and I’m so happy I did I feel so confident now and am loving my hair. I’m now coming in for a balayage later in the week and can’t wait!
