Was 10 minutes late. Was told I couldn’t have the paraffin treatment and I asked for a refund for that part and they said it would be sorted. I ended up having a full manicure and pedicure (polish has chipped already) and at the end they refused my refund saying it was my fault. The appointment overran by 10 minutes anyway so it doesn’t make sense saying i came late because they also finished late. Amy was rude. Won’t be going there again. Daylight robbery. Hannah was very pleasant though.

I absolutely love my re-style done by Aimee, she knew what I wanted, gave great advice on what would suit me and walked me though what I'd need to do to style it on my own. My hair looked amazing at the end and I left with a real spring in my step. Have already had lots of compliments and my husband is worried he's going to be traded in for a new model because of the new look!! Thanks Aimee!
