I was very happy with my previous toner and asked Ruby to make a note of it for next time. On my last visit I asked for exactly the same but the toner was a completely different colour and made my hair much darker, after years of trying to get it lighter. I also got many comments that it looked green. I called the salon and they agreed to fit me in the next day. At my appointment Ruby would not agree that this was a different colour and so I refused further treatment and will not be returning.
