Hannah was lovely to chat to and overall did a good job on my lashes. The end result was nice. However, by next day most lashes fell off my left eye so now they don’t really look the same. The lashes are also twisting round. They were not really full so now they look like they need an infill.

Staff pleasant enough but i ended up redoing my eyebrow when I got home as loads missed. Not sure what I paid for.
