I would not get my lashes done here again. I’ve had them done many times before so I knew what to expect. No prep just a brief question on how I wanted them to look, I asked for a super natural set. Process was fine but the overall result was not. Very thick and unnatural, large clumps stuck to several lashes and was painful to close my eyes. No discussion of aftercare. I hate leaving bad reviews but I when it come to eye treatments you should be honest. Shame as a lovely place and staff

the works Marple has a nice atmosphere and it is clean. the staff are very friendly and very efficient. I have had my thick unruly hair cut by various members of the works and each time I have been really pleased with the outcome. I have gone from very long to a short pixie like cut which I was extremely pleased with and my last cut was a tidy up trim by Maddison who is a very pleasant young lady and she made a lovely job of my hair

Greeted promptly, politely and warmly. Really quick and efficient and asking me how I wanted everything. Great job, the only issue, part of my upper eyelid under my brow got grazed with the waxing and is still sore, red and slightly grazed 3 days later, but I think that is more my skin than the technicians abilities
