I booked a sports massage but was then told I would be given a Japanese massage. I felt a little bit less tight after but I didn't get the usual pain relief and looseness that I have had from other massages.

So the indian head massage wasn't available. I was offered anotherrr massage for an hour for the same price. It was very different and not the 'typical spa' massage you'd imagine. This isn't a spa/saloon it is in a private gym. The massage I had was a clothed massage, I was apprehensive at first but I actually felt great afterwards. Good if you are up for something different avoid if you are after a saloon/spa.

The venue was a bit noisy and it was driping water from the roof. I was expecting a more relaxing environment .

Not the type of massage I was expecting - it was a Shiatsu massage, however it was incredibly relaxing and I definitely felt benefits from it.
