The massage wasn't as I had expected it to be. There should've been some description about what kind of massage is being offered.

Originally I wanted to go for osteopathy, but somehow it was incorrectly advertised on Wahanda as they are not doing it any more. So I had to cancel it, but to my biggest surprise they offered a 60 minutes shiatsu session for free because of the mistake. This is already a fantastic gesture and the treatment was just as good!
I can't say it's pleasant for the first time, though it doesn't hurt! All in all it's a very relaxing treatment and I'm sure Simon does his job very well! Difficult to summarise the advantages, but I'm sure you will sleep better and feel better on many levels after the treatment! In addition to that they are very nice and friendly people, I can only recommend them!

It was actually a Shiatsu massage that I had after speaking with John on the phone. We had a great chat before the treatment and ascertained that I probably had muscle trauma from being a new runner. It was really interesting during the treatment to understand what was going on and very relaxing.
I have immediately booked at follow up as I felt the benefit (and mentally great too) straight away.
