To contextualise my review, I have had waxes for the last decade; it’s safe to say I have a fairly good idea on what to expect.
The lady who did my wax checked on me frequently, which I appreciated.
She had me rub oil on myself at the start. I’ve never been asked this. I questioned and she said “it’s for dry skin”. Bizarre. It left oil all on my hands and the bed. She also left wax in my bits and when I pointed it out, she just sprayed water. Bizarre x 2.

Farah is absolutely brilliant. It’s the best waxing I’d ever had done. Also, the first time having my eyebrows threaded and I’m so happy with the results. I have never experienced attention to detail like this before and most certainly will return. Thank you so much Farah.

Appointment for threading, informed by therapist on the day she was new and could not do that so had to have waxing instead. Also I asked about nose waxing and informed it was something that they did not do there despite me having this on previous appointments
