To contextualise my review, I have had waxes for the last decade; it’s safe to say I have a fairly good idea on what to expect. The lady who did my wax checked on me frequently, which I appreciated. She had me rub oil on myself at the start. I’ve never been asked this. I questioned and she said “it’s for dry skin”. Bizarre. It left oil all on my hands and the bed. She also left wax in my bits and when I pointed it out, she just sprayed water. Bizarre x 2. I will never return/don’t recommend
