The therapist was so lovely so I feel bad saying this but it was the most painful wax I’ve ever had. I thought it might have been because I hadn’t had one for a while but having read other reviews on here once I left I realised it wasn’t just that. I’ve had many waxes in my life but none where the strips of wax isn’t pulled off in one go resulting in a lot of pain. The place is ok and therapist nice but I won’t be going back
