What a gem of a salon. It is set inside a vintage cloting shop and the concept really works. Super friendly staff and a wonderful therapist who put me at ease straight away. The least painful waxing that I have ever had and very thorough. I will definitely be back!

Deal was great value for money and I Would defintely recommend. The woman was very friendly and put me at ease dispite some awkward postions! Good location, just a few moments from Chalk Farm tube station.

Situated at the back of a hairdressers which I walked passed a few times and never noticed was there (has the look of a vintage clothes store from the street)
Very small therapy room, therapist made me feel very comfortable providing a towel for my modesty, wet wipes an a stress ball! Would have been nice if the chair was lined with disposable tissue rather than towels.
excellent hot wax and technique, no double dipping, quick and efficient. Nice moisturiser applied afterwards

For a first waxing experience, this was absolutely brilliant. Alison was friendly and chatty and that helped to distract me as well as making me feel at ease. Not that it was too painful in the end either, after all the horror stories I'd heard - the armpits were practically pain-free. She used hot wax on the delicate areas and this meant there was no stinging afterwards at all, just a really positive experience. I highly recommended her to my newbie flatmate as well, as well as my other friends.
I highly recommend Alison and the waxing suite for Brazilians! She is very efficient and professional and makes the procedure quick and relatively pain free with good quality wax. (although my own tried and tested tip is to also to take 2 paracetamol before the appointment!)
I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and anyone who has read horror stories about painful procedures and unhygienic and inexperienced beauticians. You wont be disappointed with this one! :)
