I've been going to Alison for a while now and she is honestly the best person at waxing ever! Not only does she do a completely thorough job, she is highly professional and so lovely and chatty, it's always a pleasure to see her. I highly recommend her waxing and it is great value for money, she's amazing!

Came here just about three days before my holiday and this was my first time ever waxing. I was about ten minutes late due to train delays and a lack of a phone meant I couldn't even inform her. However she was very pleasant about it. It's in a little corner of a quirky boutique,. I did find the actual room the waxing took place a bit tiny but little things like that don't affect my experience. I paid for Hollywood, half legs & underarms and my end result was satisfactory. The pain was very much bearable, the setting was clean, no double dipping with the nice smelling chocolate wax. I had more hairs left than I expected and again as this was my first ever wax I'd have appreciated some sort of debriefing from her. The hairs left were clearly visible to the naked eye and were on each part of the body that had been waxed . Acknowledging this would've been nice.. However as I said this was my first wax, I don't know how to convey my observations after I've dressed and walked out to her desk.
Another thing that sort of bothered me was her response to a question I had asked. So whilst waxing I asked how much extra it would be for a full leg. She said £15 extra and then preceded to say that she didn't have time for that however as she had another customer after me :/

Anyway it was okay. Sincere review , barable pain, chatty person but I wouldn't go again ^^

Alison is brilliant. I had half leg, underarm and hollywood wax done, Alison makes sure she has got all stray hairs removed with tweezers too. Highly recommended.

This really was the most painless wax I have ever had, and not painfull afterwards either!

Alison was really lovely and professional. Having had waxes done before elsewhere, I can't believe how painfree it was with her chocolate wax! Would definitely recommend and looking forward to going back.
