The lady who did the treatment was really friendly and professional, doing a thorough job of the wax. Room was a little bit small but music in the background helped me to relax. The only criticism I had was that the room could be more organised, but perhaps that's just because I am compartment-al! I would recommend to a friend, as it was good value for money and a very friendly service.

Lady was very friendly and she had classical music on which was nice. There was some hesitation with the "stripping off" action which heightened my anticipation of pain and when I got home I noticed there were one or two stray hairs that were still there. Overall, an ok experience made better by her friendliness.

Caroline is amazing. Beside from the fact that she did a wonderful job, she is also a wonderful person. Highly recommended. Definitely worth to go back
