Outcome of the Hollywood wax was good but the beautician was not very "careful" for example, she would not stretch my skin before taking the wax out which made it more painful and would not immediately press the area that has been waxed- which would have made the process less painful. Also they allowed a girl before me to go without the mask and considered that their rooms are in the basement with no windows, I felt not too safe. I usually come here and I like it but it could me more consistent.

My lvl treatment left a lot to be desired. Salon and staff was nice but all a bit chaotic. My treatment result did not turn out similar when I have previously had lvl and disappointed with the result, my lashes have not lifted as much as they normally do and a bit uneven also

I can’t remember her name but the waxer was honestly amazing. The least painful wax I’ve ever had. She was nice and made me feel comfortable and reassured. Sometimes I try and skimp on waxes but it is so not worth it - she had great care in what she did and the whole wax took 20 minutes despite me not having waxed since lockdown last year. Very worth the price. Will be returning as soon as is necessary to!
